Inetina Watson Ebitonmor · Founder and Principal Adviser, IWE Advisory.
Inetina Ebitonmor is Founder and Principal Adviser of IWE Advisory, where she helps CFOs and Treasurers of multinationals, their African subsidiaries, and African corporates see where Africa-linked FX, interest-rate, and liquidity risk threatens earnings and cash flow, then builds the policy, hedging strategy, and governance that protect them before it hits profit. Independent of banking mandates, her only mandate is the client’s position, so finance teams can act early rather than react after the damage is done.
She brings 20+ years of experience across financial markets, corporate risk and treasury, including 14 years in sell-side FX, rates and select commodity solutions at Standard Chartered and Standard Bank Group, after four years in asset management.
Leadership beyond the markets
Inetina writes Lessons From the Markets, speaks to boards and finance leaders, and mentors women and young professionals through Yellow Table Talk. Her professional memberships include the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Women in Financial Markets UK, ACI and FMDA.
She holds an MBA from the University of Kent and was featured by BBC UK on International Women’s Day 2023.
